Source GPU capacity with a team that does this every week.
Describe the workload once. Silver River sources, normalises and coordinates offers from qualified suppliers across Asia and selected global markets.
Three things, in writing.
A structured request
Workload, scale, regions, timing and constraints captured in one place and shared with you as a reference.
Comparable options
Supplier proposals normalised to the same fields so trade-offs are visible, not buried in PDFs.
Coordinated delivery
Capacity confirmation, contracting, provisioning milestones and follow-up tracked on the same case.
Pick the closest fit; refine in the form.
Training
Pre-training and large-scale runs. Typical asks: 64–1,024+ GPUs, InfiniBand or 400G RoCE, high-throughput storage, dedicated tenancy.
Fine-tuning & Post-training
Adapting existing models. Typical asks: 8–128 GPUs, flexible 1–6 month terms, the ability to pause between runs.
Inference
Production serving and batch inference. Typical asks: regional placement, memory-rich GPUs, managed or self-managed nodes, scaling terms.
Custom Compute
Anything that does not fit a standard cluster. Typical asks: on-premise or colocated hardware, specific regions, compliance-driven isolation, agents and mixed workloads.
Straight answers.
Do you own the GPUs?
No. Silver River coordinates procurement with independent GPU clouds, owners, data centers and authorised resellers. Capacity, pricing and SLAs come from the supplier; we make them comparable and manage the process.
Is there a price list?
Not a public one. Pricing depends on region, term, scale and supplier. You receive quotes with explicit units, currencies and validity on your request.
How fast is it?
It depends on the ask. We show the next step and owner on each request rather than promising fixed turnaround times.
Can I bring my own supplier?
Yes. Tell us in the request notes; we can run the comparison with them included.
