Terms of Service (draft)

These terms govern use of the Silver River platform. They will be completed with the contracting entity, governing law and dispute resolution terms before publication.

The service

Silver River provides a procurement and delivery coordination service for AI compute. Silver River does not own or operate the GPU infrastructure that suppliers provide and does not guarantee the availability, performance or pricing of any supplier.

Requests and quotes

• A request records your requirements and is not a binding order.
• Quotes shown in the workspace are prepared from supplier proposals. Terms marked "Not specified" have not been confirmed and must not be read as included or free.
• "Request to proceed" asks Silver River to confirm capacity and terms with the supplier. It does not by itself create a binding purchase contract.

Suppliers

• Suppliers warrant that they own the listed capacity or are authorised to offer it.
• Listings must be kept current. Stale listings may be hidden from invitations.
• Supplier approval is a review of the company; capacity verification is per listing.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure and for the actions of members you invite to your organization.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to submit false information, to access data belonging to other organizations, or to interfere with the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Silver River's liability for coordination services is limited to the fees paid for those services. Supplier contracts are governed by their own terms.
