Privacy Policy (draft)
This draft describes how the Silver River platform handles personal data. It will be completed with the legal entity name, registered address, governing law and a contact mailbox before publication.
What we collect
- Account data: name, work email address and the organization you belong to.
- Request and supplier data: the requirements, capacity listings, quotes, documents and messages that you submit to coordinate procurement.
- Technical data: server logs needed to operate and secure the service, such as IP address, user agent and timestamps of sign-in events.
We do not collect training data, model weights or credentials for your compute environments. Workloads do not run through Silver River.
How we use it
- To operate your workspace, verify your email address and send transactional notifications.
- To coordinate procurement between buyers, suppliers and the Silver River team.
- To maintain an audit trail of status changes and administrative actions.
Sharing
Request details are shared with suppliers only when Silver River invites them to quote, and buyer identity is withheld until it is released on the case. Supplier quotes are shown to buyers only after Silver River publishes a buyer-facing version. Internal notes are never shared outside the Silver River team.
Retention and deletion
Case records are retained for as long as the related request, quote or order is active and for a period afterwards required for accounting and dispute handling. You may ask for your account to be closed; procurement records tied to executed orders may be retained in anonymised form.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Requests will be handled through the contact mailbox published on this page.
Changes
This page shows the date of the last revision. Material changes will be announced in the Updates section.
